DeliveryPlease do! There is an option on the website, next to your chosen bouquet, to send your flowers as a gift. There is plenty of room for a message which we will send in a Scented Narcissi card. Also included in the card will be details of the varieties in your bouquet and the farm where your flowers have come from.
Yes! Your orders are picked directly from our fields and we handle every step of their journey to your door.
Please don't hesitate to contact us if you need to amend any part of your order. Flowers are packed and dispatched first thing in the morning, the day before your chosen delivery date, so we need to know of any changes as soon as possible.
Contact UsYour flowers will be packed and dispatched from the islands first thing in the morning, the day before your chosen delivery day. Occasionally, for reasons such as bad weather, your flowers will be freshly packed and dispatched the following day.
We will send you an email confirming whether your order has left the islands successfully or if there has been a delay.

DeliveryWe can deliver to most postal addresses in the UK including, Isle of Wight, Isle of man and Scottish Highlands and Islands. Some destinations may incur a delivery charge and take an extra day to arrive. Unfortunately, we don't deliver to Northern Ireland at this time. For more information please see our Delivery Policy.
It is really helpful if you can suggest a place to leave the flowers in the delivery instructions when you place your order. If you don’t have any special instructions, we will ask the driver to leave the flowers safe, however, if there is no safe place they may be returned to the depot.
The courier will send you an email with tracking information and a proof of delivery photograph when the flowers have been delivered.
We highly recommend telling the recipient to expect the delivery or to check with them that the flowers have arrived safely.
We're afraid not! Our Narcissi just could not cope with a journey that far!
We have carefully chosen our courier company to ensure your flower delivery is in safe hands on its way to you. If you have any concerns and would like to know the progress of your order, we will happily look into that for you.
Please don't worry! If you are concerned about how your Narcissi look on arrival, follow our simple Narcissi care tips, and pretty soon you should have some amazing blooms and scent to enjoy for days to come.
Flower CareThis can be quite alarming but try not to panic as some varieties do have a tendency to flop. However, Narcissi are wonderful at bouncing back and a good drink of water will make all the difference! The picture below shows the same flowers, just a day apart!
We want your flowers to arrive in perfect condition, including the lovely blue box, but sometimes their journey to you is a long and arduous one! Our boxes are made from really tough, quality cardboard and, apart from looking lovely, their most important job is to keep your flowers safe and protected from knocks. Please do however let us know if there is any damage to your bouquet inside the box.
It's hiding in there somewhere! Our Scented Narcissi message cards are a really important part of our packing process as they also include information about the farm where your flowers have come from and the varieties included in your bouquet. Sometimes the card makes it's way right to the bottom of the box so make sure you give it a good shake (once you've removed your bouquet of course!) and open the box right out flat to check it hasn't become stuck in the folds.
We're really sorry to hear this. Narcissi should last for up to a week after their delivery date if they are kept cool and our flower care tips are followed. If this is not the case it would be really helpful if you could send us some photographs to help our team diagnose the problem.
Flower CarePrior to opening, Narcissi buds are enveloped and protected in a thin, dry, papery sheath called a spathe. This is easily mistaken for tired, unhealthy petals. As the bud grows, the spathe splits but remains wrapped around the base of the open flower. We are sure you won't even notice it once your bouquet is in full bloom!
